Arrival at Alfa

It's recommended to check the nearby Föli bus stops on the route planner.

Parking areas are located on the right side and behind the building when viewed from Raunistulantie.

The entrance to staircase C is at the left corner of the building.

Inside, enter through the door on the right side of the lower image.

Go up the stairs to the second floor, and enter through the door in the lower image.

For your first training session, wait at this door for the instructor, who will give you your access wristband to go through the door.

NOTE! Please arrive for your first training session at least 10 minutes before the start time so that we can distribute the wristbands and start the training on time.

Alfa Cleanliness Rules

  • The city handles cleaning 3 times a week: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
  • Shoes are not allowed past the doormat.
  • Shoes must be left in the shoe racks and may not be taken into the locker rooms unless in a shoe bag.
  • Trainees must ensure their feet are clean, and feet must always be washed before training.
  • When moving from the locker room to the mat, separate footwear must be used; walking on the mat with outdoor shoes, socks, or training shoes is prohibited.
  • All blood stains and other stains must be cleaned IMMEDIATELY. Cleaning equipment is available from Alfa's supervisor.
  • Bags, separate indoor shoes, and water bottles must be left next to the wall so that the passageways remain clear.
  • The class leader is responsible for ensuring that their group leaves no trash, balls, or clothing in the training hall and that training equipment is stored properly.
  • Each club commits to monitoring the behavior of its members and reporting any observed violations of these cleanliness rules.
  • Clubs must ensure that the cage storage areas are vacuumed once a month.
  • Martial arts clubs will organize cleaning bees twice a year, led by the chairperson, to clean, among other things, the tatami mats.
  • Cleaning bees should be arranged on the weekend when the clocks are changed.
